We purchased Telluride this week from Hendrick Kia. Unlike many other dealerships they are not marking up the MSRP of the vehicle even though its in high demand.They also don't do any marketing gimmicks.( I saw another local dealer marketing a better rebates for the vehicle we purchased but they are adjusting i.,e marking up the MSRP based on the demand. I also saw another advertisement which says Life time free oil changes but it comes with the condition that we have to do all the Manufacture recommended services with them)Hendricks Kia didn't offered any extra incentives ...
After having a terrible service experience at another Kia dealership, I went to Hendrick Kia. Everyone in their service department was top notch and super friendly!!! Service Manager Scott personally greeted me and made sure my needs were met and exceeded. I’ve definitely found my new Kia home.

Alvin was fantastic! He did not pressure me AT ALL and was very laid back. He knew a LOT about the cars offered as well as other cars. He never shamed other cars and actually told me that some of the competitors' cars were very "comparable". If I choose to purchase from Kia it will definitely be with Alvin!
Went for my appt on Saturday. Was seen right away and Scott Tielemans was the gentleman who saw me through my service. He was attentive to my concerns, and spot on and honest with his responses. As I said it was a Sat Morning, and honestly who wants to wake up on the weekend and wait to have their car worked on any day of the week, let alone a Saturday.
