Changing your windshield wipers is a simple process. Here are the steps for how to replace windshield wipers:
- Position your windshield wipers so they’re upright.
- Pull them carefully away from the windshield.
- Read the instructions on your windshield wipers’ packaging for how to remove them. You’ll either have to depress a tab to pull it off or slide it off with the wiper arm.
- Discard the old wiper blades.
- Clean your windshield thoroughly to prevent dust and dirt from getting on your new windshield wipers.
- Install the new windshield wipers by doing the reverse of steps two and three.
- Replace the blade on the other side.
- Carefully return your windshield wipers back in their regular position.
